Our Lotus Elise conversion project was design with idealiation and planning at its core. The RGA (Risk Governance Assessment) was done at each step to guarantee, that we had the parts, know-how, time and budged. The self assessment and strategic planning had multiple different phases. We count with the expertise of experienced Project Managers, Risk Managers, Engineers and QC experts.
Initially, we lay out the end goal and break into several projects, we called the preparation phase, from there we took into mechanical engineering to design by setting our new electric motor and design, wrote code and implement a motor controller to become a part of the system. The next phase was working on our cooling system and answered key questions such as: how we would make our coolant loop and what devices would be cooled. Finally, we began our electrical design, inputting the high voltage batteries, low voltage system, and connecting everything so that everything can be powered. Our quality testing was around each step, with evidence documented of the goal in mind. OUR ELECTRIC-P first project was a success! build in our garage and running in the streets with efficiency and helping the environment.
